Ribbon Fire Construction

  1. Body
    1. The main body is made of acid-proof steel, heat resistant, powder coated steel and is thermally insulated with mineral wool.
    2. The base is made of particleboard allowing other finished products to be easily applied.
    3. The decorative frame is also made of acid-proof steel. This frame covers the edges of the wall and includes ventilation ducts.
  2. Burning Chamber
    1. The channel which is firmly fixed into the casing, holds a limitless supply of Fanola® Digi due to the sensors controlled by the command unit.
    2. The sensor chamber houses the sensors which are responsible for controlling the burning process.
  3. Command Unit
The command unit executes the commands, provides a constant supply of Fanola® Digi, launches the ignition sequence and extinguishes the fire.
  4. Control Panel
The LCD control panel displays the current status of the product (e.g. remaining days until next maintenance check) and sends commands to the command unit.
  5. Safety System
The safety system has two monitoring systems which receive information from the sensor chamber to secure proper and safe operation of the Digifire® and shuts the system down if there is a malfunction.
